I recently stayed at a budget-friendly accommodation near the DMCC metro, which was a short walk away from the marina and the beach. The location was perfect as I could easily explore the area and even have a swim in the beautiful ocean. The room I booked had a private bathroom and balcony, offering a great view of the surrounding buildings. The host was extremely friendly and provided me with all the necessary information. The shared kitchen was fully equipped and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing me to work without any issues.

The facilities and rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

It has quiet and clean rooms and excellent location near to Beach, Blue Waters, Marina walk, Marina Mall, Yacht and boat hire/tour, lots of restaurants along Marina walk as well as the metro/tram/expo free rider bus stations.

I always choose this place for my stay. They printed my tickets at check-in. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Electric kettle, A/C, Lift, Adults only. I'm coming back for holiday!

I stayed at Al Marsa for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The location in Dubai Marina was incredible, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The cleanliness was outstanding, with new beds and a spacious balcony. The pool and gym in the new building were a great bonus. excellent value for money and I've already recommended it to friends.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the DMCC Metro Station and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Access to a gym and pool for guests to enjoy. Receptionist was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to store my luggage after check-out.

Visited Dubai for a 5-day getaway and stayed at this gem of a hotel. The location couldn't be beat - just minutes away from the vibrant Marina and conveniently close to the metro. We loved strolling along the canal and exploring the shops nearby. The view of Dubai Marina at night was simply breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a well-located, friendly hotel.

The hotel's decoration was elegant and tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails provided for extra safety and convenience. I especially appreciated the spacious balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful city views.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff could be a little more attentive and considerate towards our needs. Perhaps some additional assistance or special services tailored for senior guests would have made the experience even better.

In-room amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridges were a nice touch. It's good to know that there are smoke detectors in place for safety. The owner was really great, and the staff were friendly. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at Al Marsa apartments for 3 weeks. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, and even allowed me to check out late with no extra charge. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Marina, metro, and private beach clubs. The double room I upgraded to was spacious and came with a balcony for a small additional cost. The room was clean and tidy, and the host provided everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back!
